I booked my ticket through student universe but haven’t got any confirmation mail at all. Tried to call them but they are not responding. I only got invoice number and I tried to see my trips in their app by entering it but it says your email or number is incorrect. Idk what to do. Please help me if anyone is experiencing this kind of issue.
