I went to the hospital 2 days ago asking to be admitted because I was a danger to myself and all they did was throw me in a room for a few hours and discharged after being told that I “wasn’t bad enough to be in a facility” this was after telling them I was self harming severely and the meds wernt doing shit to help.

All that did was waste my time and I’m so pissed that I was denied the help I needed
