Hey guys I put up a post yesterday asking about ways to use 3.5inch drives with my Poweredge R620.

Someone suggested using a DAS like the Powervault range - I was able to find an MD3200 for about £100 and I think it might work.

The issue is my drives are SATA HDDs not SAS drives, so after some research i think it SHOULD work with some SATA->SAS interposers. But I’ve no idea what interposers would work.

Has anyone done this before and know what model of interposers would be compatible and definitely fit in the drive caddys for an MD3200?
