I have a 3 week old PC I built, everything was purchased locally from the Denver MicroCenter.

Had a stable 4.8Ghz overlock on the P-cores and 4.1 on the E-cores. Started running into stability issues and went back to stock clock speeds but still had stability issues. Micro center “completed diagnostics … and have confirmed it needs a new processor”.

What are my options 3 weeks from hardware purchase date? I think I am out of the MicroCenter warranty window and don’t have the packaging, should I RMA it with Intel? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
