Someone please help me from losing my mind. I have no idea why my torrents are insanely slow but the rest of my internet is completely fine. I recently moved places and the new internet we got (Virgin) is great - except for some reason I cannot torrent faster than 500kb/s at most. Most of the time it is struggling around 10kb/s - 300 kb/s. It doesn’t matter if I use VPN, the port is open, resetting modem/pc, nothing makes it faster. Anyone have any idea how I can fix this? And no its not because of seeders, even on torrents I’ve downloaded at 20-30mb/s in the past at my old place are now only 50 kb/s at the new place. What gives??
