I’ve been thinking I’d like to share playlist I make on YouTube and edit a short looping video over it with clips from movies or series.

It’s just that it has copyright issues in multiple ways if I’d do that. Though still on YouTube I see many of those (example: twilight themed playlists with movie clips playing, and a link to Spotify for the playlist etc)

Besides the fact I’m reusing and sharing movies and music, I’ll also have downloaded these files by torrenting. So I wonder how big of a risk I’m taking?

Will it most likely just get flagged on YouTube, or will I seriously risk to be fined for illegal downloading + copyright issues?
