HI.

im in the “installation process”.

I already install Proxmox and a VM for windows (i dont use windows like in 10 years, and probably i will not use it, but i was wanting to have one just for the old times :-)

Also create a container (lxc) in proxmox of a Alpine, and install Docker there.

I want to run there, for example:

Trilium and Bookstack.

To save the data of this two i read that is better to have a different disk were to save the docker-compose files and the data of the services.

How i can create a volume to share with the container so, i have all there? and not in the container itself (alpine)?

I suposse that in proxmox but where? it seems that i just can create in the local volume and not in the lvm-volume.

In my case local volume is 100gb and lvm-volume 900gb…

this is the way? i have to create that in local-volume?

Also, im thinking in later put calibre-web and i have a ebook library of more than 100gb so… that would not work for that service.

So.

In resume:

Im in the process to create a container in proxmox with alpine to create there all the services with Docker, where do i put the disk??? in the container it self or in other placer, and if in other place, how?

Thanks, and sorry, it is a little difficult express my self because i dont understand the structure on how to use proxmox yet.
