20TB on each. In one location the directories are organized. In the other location it’s all over the place. Is there a way to ID the files on both drives, organize the target location according to the source, and sync files from the source that aren’t present on the target?

If I can avoid wiping the target and simply recopying everything, it would save me some heartburn.

I use FreeFileSync for my backups. Win 11.
