I want to be able to get from SEA-TAC to Forks and also go to and from my AirBnB, but you have to be 21-25 years old to drive around. How can i accomplish this?? Is the only option to Uber expensively or drive my own all the way from Texas??? Please help :(

Edit: Is there any way to take a bus / ferry there for any cheaper or to cut down on any uber fees?
