I’ve used agencies like booking.com, Expedia, Agoda & FlightCentre in the past without issues but I see a lot of hate for booking through them and not directly though the airline.

That said, currently looking at flights with AirAsia and their website is an absolute nightmare.

What’s been your experience booking flights through any of these third party apps?
