I have a Lenovo ThinkCentre M920q with an Intel 3165NGW Dual Band Wireless-AC card installed (similar to the Intel 8265NGW). I recently ran into an issue with connecting external antennas to this WiFi/Bluetooth card.

The stock RP-SMA to IPEX cables that came with the card don’t seem to fit standard SMA antennas. I sourced an RP-SMA to IPEX MHF4 connector cable, but it does not fit the internal connector on the Intel WiFi card either.

I’ve attached some images for reference. In the first image, the connector marked with the red arrow on the left side is the stock one that fits the card perfectly. The one on the right is the IPEX MHF4 adapter that I sourced locally, but it does not connect properly with the Intel card.

Does anyone know the exact IPEX connector specification for the Intel 3165NGW or 8265NGW cards? Any suggestions for a compatible RP-SMA to IPEX cable that will work with this card would be greatly appreciated!
