I purchased a washer, dryer, and 25 inch fridge from Home Depot that totaled around 4K. I wa super excited to receive the appliances today since I’ve been waiting literally two months for them. These two guys had showed up and I told them my dad built a ramp for them to go through the garage because my driveway was just paved and still wet. They then proceed to act like they don’t speak english so I repeated myself several times and they actually turned out to speak english towards the end, called me “rude” and left when I told them I could get my dad to help them if they can’t fit it. They didn’t even try to get any of the appliances off the truck and were probably at my house max 5 minutes and then left.

Is this normal?
