Why would a 13700K be Current Limit Throttling with all limits removed. Current, PL1, PL2 all set to unlimited with 128 second boost window on a Z790 Prime-P Wifi board on the latest 1666 BIOS ( few days old). CEP is turned off. Every limit that has to do with Current in the BIOS that I could find has been removed. SVID is set to Typical. This was happening on the previous 1663 BIOS too. Package temps are sub 80 degrees and there’s enough voltage.
Solution: I set an IA VR Voltage limit in the BIOS, at the beginning of all this microcode drama, that I forgot about.
