I’m wondering if the ISP or browser could see and log the account number when I click “generate account number” on Mullvad’s website.

Is it wise to use a free VPN when I first generate my Mullvad account number? Or should I generate the account number while using free wifi somewhere public? I’m curious whether everyone was concerned about this or not.
