With the announcement of LG to begin showing ads on their TVs it’s made me want to have the TV’s connections to work backwards, instead of allowing everything but blacklisted, I want everything to be blocked but what is whitelisted. I’ve lost all trust in LG but due to having a Jellyfin server and my partner likes to watch Netflix (I know) and YouTube I need those services allowed through.
I’ve followed the Pihole documentation on their domain black/white lists and regex, also segregated the TV to its own group. But seems no matter what everything gets through that isn’t on the network-wide blocklists.
IPv6 is disabled network wide, Pihole is providing DNS and DHCP services
