1. She doesn’t age. Even at the very beginning her character says she’s 40 and I was like “That’s not right…” and I had to look it up. She’s 41.
2. Her acting has gotten MUCH better since the days of Smallville. I missed Beauty and the Beast, the last thing I saw her I think was that awful Street Fighter movie.

And the show overall was decent, it was one of those pilots that felt more like a low-budget movie. Not sure sure how believable it’ll be that a murder happens every other week in a small Canadian coastal town, I’ll give it a shot.
