Hi Guys,
I have a fresh bare metal Proxmox installation. Nothing installed on it, no VM’s, containers, etc.
I do not understand why my CPU C-state does not stay let’s say 90% time at C8.
* ASPM and all required settings are enabled in BIOS
* Nothing connected to the server (no USB devices)
* Powertop is configured
Can you help me identify what is causing these spikes
