I am curious for those that have traveled to Rome or are about to, how helpful a concierge service would be. The city has so many tourist traps and secrets, plus organizing an itinerary, getting bookings, getting around, shopping, stuff for your kids etc

I have lived in Rome almost since birth and came back to live here as an expat. I am Canadian but speak and getting around like a Roman. I love this city but see hordes of tourists getting carted off to the next tourist trap and feel that there’s a better way to help travelers enjoy the city.

I feel like some format of a concierge could help get people around. I know the ultra rich have this but still nothing for the premium traveler.

Would love to hear your experiences.
