I’ve been subscriber of NZBPlanet for years. The other day I noticed Radarr was throwing up a message that it couldn’t reach that indexer. When I went to the site to login I got a pop up that my account was disabled. I reached out to them and all I got was “Grabs Total: 156326”. I reached out again for more info but haven’t heard back yet.

Does anyone know if this disabling is a ban? Temporary? If temporary, for how long? I wish I could get into my account and get more info.

Update: First, not sure why my post was locked. I double checked the rules and as far as I can tell I haven’t broken anything.

Second, they got back to me and said I was scraping. Not sure how they come to that conclusion. I asked for more info and how to right the situation but they’ve remained silent.
