Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
I intend to play games on max settings (like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, GTA V Online, Cyberpunk 2077)
I also plan on dual-booting this with a Windows (gaming) and Linux partition with another 2TB storage. 2TB each OS.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)
Framerate and game settings. I have 2 27" IPS 1440p monitors (Dell U2715H and Dell U2719D) so I do not plan on going 4K. I am fine with 1440p.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
$3000~
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
USA
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don’t ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

I am not a master at this. I’ve built 3 computers in my lifetime at 31 years of age but the only part that scares me is the CPU Cooler and installing it. How hard of a build is this to put together?
One more thing, since my monitors are essentially 1440p, I do not need to buy a super GPU like the 4090 because the 4070S will run the computer to its max just fine, right?
