Got an offer from a DC Cx Firm to support their electrical team while my current employers want to counter offer with a higher pay grade, a promised future promotion and a 1 time bonus to keep my ass around. Bonuses have never been offered at the current job. While questioning do Cx Firms actually give out bonuses and better pay raises then 0 to 4% raises.
