Hi everyone,

I’m part of a small company and was their first non tech hire. They trained me up and now I have been asked to streamline the onboarding process/talk about what I thought was a positive part of the process and what didn’t work so great. I’ve now completed this. But I was hoping I could gain some insight from other people. So what worked well in your own onboarding or what did you think wasn’t needed/didn’t enjoy?

Edit: I now realise I didn’t specify it’s the onboarding process for a Penetration Tester. I am a Penetration Tester but this is my first role within the sector, so I am looking for more insight from people who are more knowledgeable. This will hopefully mean I make the whole process more streamlined for people who are more experienced within the sector!
