I am new to water cooling, I’ve wanted to do it for a while and going to do my first watercooled PC when i build my next sffpc. Love a challenge and tight spaces so know I am going to be doing soft tubing.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a resource, a calculator, or build guide that would give direction of what kind and how many of spefific types of fittings I should pick up in advance to have the best chance of success without realising I forgot something and having to wait for more parts to arrive?
If no such guide truely exists, thats cool. Here’s what I am thinking from watching videos, etc.
At first I am probably only going to be cooling my CPU, but when I can afford a higher end GPU I’ll extend the loop to incorporate that.
I know I’ll probably need/want atleast 2-4 90 degree fittings. maybe 2 higher quality plugs. 2-4 45 degree fittings? More? A flow sensor, and or temp sensor… But what about fitting extenders, anything special I should look for or think about? I don’t mind buying more than I need, but I really don’t want to get so much I have lots lying around as dead space, components and wasted money.
