Mine are:

Double Indemnity- Guy is dying with a cigarette in his mouth with his boss by his side. (Don’t want to give anything away)

Sunset Boulevard: “I’m ready for my close up.” Hahahaha

The Apartment: “Shut up and deal”

The Karate Kid: “We did it Mr.Miyagi, We did it!”

Platoon: “We must try with what’s left of our lives, to find a goodness and meaning, to this life.” Genius ending by Stone. As good as it gets right here.

Top Gun- Tom and Kelly with an ending for the ages with the fighter jets doing a double roll.

Always: It’s always hard to give up what you love. Goodbye is the hardest thing to go through.

Ghost: Same as above

Terminator 2: “I know now why you cry. But it is something I can never do.”

Cadence: “That’s the sound of a man, working on the chain gang.” As they send off Sheen who’s headed to Vietnam. Outstanding final two scores to close out the movie.

Gladiator: Joaquin and Russ battle for all the marbles.

Glorious Basterds: LMAO

Dunkirk: Having one of the soldiers read Churchill’s famous speech intertwined with the Nazi’s converging on the burning plane combined with the music score. Brilliant.

I know I missed a few but these are the standout endings for me.
