I dont want to overclock my cpu, but let it run at its maximum rated speed longer and more often. i dont have a K cpu (13400f) and changing my bios settings to theoretically run at maximum always only gave me 4% higher cinebench scores and was running on a 41 mutliplier giving me 4090mhz instead of a 46 multiplier that would give me almost 4.6ghz. My cooler is more then enough, its that good thermalright one and my cpu NEVER goes above 62c so its not throttling. ive set all power limits in bios to 200w and all multipliers for P cores at 46. Oddly the E cores always run at 33 (full speed) but that isnt a big concern to me. i have a gigabyte B760M DS3H DDR4 if that helps. Im kinda new to this, so please be understanding. I realize running at its full speed may make it thermal throttle but id rather have it faster and at 80c then slower at 60c. when im just at the desktop loading a program it seems to hit a 46 multiplier for only a few seconds until the program loads. Thank you for reading and any help is appreciated!
