As per the question, the occasional TV show or film wont have a 2160p version on either stremio (torrentio) or through jackett with a whole host of websites?

Does this usually mean the scene hasnt ripped it yet? How often are popular releases only on private websites?

For example, two recent netflix releases: Sweet tooth Season 1-3 or the new film Hit Man?
