I like using my own photographs as wallpaper on my PCs and phones and, being on the wrong side of 50, have a lot of older photographs that, even when scanned well (which I’ve not always managed) have a distracting amount of noise in them. Mostly because my old film cameras weren’t always SLRs. I’ve tended to find tools like Photoshop pretty lame at removing this noise, but I’ve recently used a couple of free online “AI” ones that have done a much better job. They’re still imperfect, however, so before I splash out on a tool to do a job-lot of my photographs, I wanted to ask if anyone here had any recommendations for such tools / services.
I was going to try to share an example where I’ve used AI here, but I can’t immediately see a way of doing that (the button appears greyed-out). Sorry.
Anyway, thanks in advance.
