From the cases I’ve researched on the market, the FD804 (or 304) seems a good choice, except that it’s spec’ed for m-ATX mobo (unless someone was able to “squeeze” an ATX in). Reason is I’m thinking about a plan to retire my ATX in my daily driver every few (6~7) years and re-purpose it for homelab (torrenting, NAS, home automation, Plex transcoding). Is this a feasible plan?
The other cases I’ve seen are all pretty big, advertised for features like enough space for 20 fans and 200 RGB lights, which I prolly don’t need. The smallest are Meshify & Define. Some boutique shops make SFF for ATX, which however can’t hold more than one or two 3.5" HDD.
