A poor example of this would be Adagio for Strings in Apocalypse Now Platoon. I love that song and it’s already heart wrenching on its own.

A good example might be like the use of The Mickey Mouse song in Full Metal Jacket.

This doesn’t have to be a juxtaposition, but more of an example of how maybe you didn’t emotionally tie a song to something, but after a film, it’s permanently changed your association with it.
