minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish12•6 months agoGenerally speaking once a company starts missing multiple payrolls there is nothing left to unionize. Because of the legal ramifications missing payroll is usually the last step before just before shutting down completely.
Absolutely disgusting behavior from EK. I hope the workers unionize over this, if the company still exists by then.
