A renewed attempt to introduce site blocking in the U.S. emerged in late January when U.S. Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D) introduced the Foreign Anti-Digital Piracy Act. The FADPA bill received the MPA’s full support, and it now transpires that similar legislation is being prepared by U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa ®. A recent meeting to discuss the ‘American Copyright Protection Act’ was attended by Disney, Paramount, and Amazon, plus Google, YouTube, and Verizon.

If you don’t have a VPN, it’s time to fire one up. I’d suggest Mullvad or Windscribe.
Are the compatible with pihole? Last time I tried getting a VPN, setting up pihole on it was a nightmare.
since this is targeted at pirates, I’d actually stay away from mullvad since they got rid of port forwarding
I’ve never had an issue pirating anything with Mullvad.
IIRC port forwarding is more of a problem with seeding than leeching.
This, if you’re present on any private trackers you really need the port forwarding feature.

The ones who pay they millions of dollars in “campaign contributions”
Good cop steps back and lets bad cop have a turn.
indeed. Not like they dont have a bigger issue with their government lterally dissolving before their eyes. I wonder how they expect to uphold this when DOGE finishes its amazingly competent efforts at ‘efficiency’
Oh don’t worry, the parts of the government that benefit the rich and corporations I’m sure they will find a way to salvage.
Fuck
They done took my book telegram
