I have an Eizo CS2740 monitor (which can display 99% AdobeRGB color space) and is calibrated with a Calibrite Display Plus HL calibrator and I use Capture One. I’m thinking of printing photos using Nations Photo Lab, which only accepts sRGB color space and provides ICC color profiles for their paper/printer combinations.

My question for people with print experience is: my monitor is hardware calibrated, meaning calibration results are stored in the monitor itself and not as ICC color profile. How does this hardware calibration interact with the lab’s ICC profile and should I use both at the same time? Thanks. If I should use both, What brightness should I calibrate my monitor to? Thanks.
